Low Income & Tax Credit Housing Units
The Section 8 Voucher waiting list is extremely long. During your wait, we suggest contacting the owners listed below to see if there is a vacancy in one of their project-based, subsidized rental units. Complete the owner's application and go through their screening process. If you meet the owner's screening criteria and qualify for a subsidized unit, you will pay 30% of your monthly-adjusted income twoard the cost of rent and utilities. Project-based means the rental assistance always remains with the unit. You cannot move and take the assistance with you.
