TO ALL RESIDENTS,
If you lost your job or had a significant loss of income due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please contact your manager and request an interim reexamination as soon as possible. Your rent can be adjusted to reflect the change in your income or you may be eligible for a financial hardship exemption.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying your rent on time. Rent is still due and will accumulate if unpaid.
As of August 31, 2020, a federal moratorium on evictions is scheduled to come to an end. And, at this time, the eviction process can begin for those residents who have not paid their rent or have not attempted to resolve their delinquent problem.
I am asking residents who are behind on their rent to work with us to avoid eviction action as options are available.
