WCHA accepting proposals

The Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) is seeking qualified consultants/individuals who specialize in health-related benefit consulting services for the Authority’s benefit programs (excluding pension). Respondents must be licensed and/or registered to provide such services in Pennsylvania.

WCHA is also accepting proposals for a financial advisor for its Retirement Incentive Plan.

Interested respondents can obtain hard copy bid documents from the WCHA Administration Office.  Electronic bid documents are available for download under the current solicitations page of this website. Inquiries and registration can be emailed to lindam@wchaonline.com.  Prospective bidders shall register with WCHA via email in accordance with the bid requirements.
