WCHA owns and operates 45 housing communities varying from senior hi-rises, apartments, townhouses and single dwelling homes. 

WCHA offers educational, recreational, social and wellness activities in many of these communities. WCHA also offers transportation, with wheelchair accessibility, to shopping areas, malls, banks, and grocery stores in targeted communities.

The Westmoreland County Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will hold a reorganization meeting on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 12 noon at the Main Office of the Authority, 167 South Greengate Road, Greensburg, PA. A regular meeting will be conducted immediately afterwards for general purposes.
