WCHA owns and operates 45 housing communities varying from senior hi-rises, apartments, townhouses and single dwelling homes.
WCHA offers educational, recreational, social and wellness activities in many of these communities. WCHA also offers transportation, with wheelchair accessibility, to shopping areas, malls, banks, and grocery stores in targeted communities.

WCHA closed for Fourth of July
Westmoreland County Housing Authority offices will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2024.
