WCHA wins award for Grand View Senior Residences

Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) was recently presented with a 2025 Best Practice Award from the Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies (PARHA) for its newest affordable senior (62 of age or older) development, Grand View Senior Residences, in Irwin.

PAHRA annually recognizes the achievements of our member agencies to demonstrate the diversity of activities involved in providing affordable housing, improving lives, and revitalizing communities. The annual awards recognize members who have implemented innovative ideas, explored successful entrepreneurial activities, exhibited excellence in design, shown progressive program operations, provided stellar customer service
or supportive services in a unique way or created a lasting impact on their communities.
