Application for Church View now available online

The application for Westmoreland County Housing Authority’ (WCHA) newest development, Church View Senior Residences in Mt. Pleasant Township, is now available online.

Construction has begun on the new 20-unit cottage-style development for residents 62 and older. Completion is anticipated for the fall of 2026.
