WCHA board issues proclamation

Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA) Board of Commissioners recently issued a proclamation to Ms. Jeannie Morrison and Friends of Irwin Manor in appreciation of their dedication to residents over the past six years.

The proclamation was formally approved at the board’s Sept. 15, 2026, regular meeting.

Reading from a plaque that was presented to Ms. Morrison, Michael L. Washowich, CEO / Executive Director, saying that she and “the Friends of Irwin Manor have extended much efforts and dedication in providing services, meals and companionship to resident of Irwin Manor.”

For these efforts, Washowich said WCHA extends its sincere appreciation.
